Pool Staff, Servers, Cooks & Bar Staff

Woodside is looking for qualified applicants to work this summer season providing highest level of customer service to our members/guests.

The following positions are available: Lifeguards, Servers (both 18-21 for the family pool and 21+ for the adult pool), Earthbar staff (indoor and out), Pool Bartenders, Barbacks, Cooks, Kitchen Utility support staff, Pool Utility Staff and Food Runners.

Massage Therapist

The Spa at Woodside

The Spa at Woodside is looking for a massage therapist to join our amazing team.The Spa provides convenient, professional Spa services to Woodside members and the public. Services include massage therapy, body treatments, facials and skin care. Applicants need to be confident, professional, friendly, and outgoing.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in multiple massage techniques
  • Physically capable of perform multiple consecutive massage and spa services within a given shift
  • Willing to learn body treatment protocols other than massage (wraps, scrubs, body brushing, etc.)

Head Swim Coach

Woodside Waves Swim Team

Woodside is looking for a Head Coach for our Woodside Waves Youth Swim Team.  The Woodside Waves is a summer recreational swim program with swimmers from ages 5 to 18 with a wide range of ability. Our team is comprised of approximately 250 athletes who compete in weekly dual meets and a season-ending League Championship over span of the seven-week program which begins the first full week of June and ends in the third week of July. The swim team operations are coordinated through a collaborative effort between the Waves Parent Board, the Head Coach and Club Woodside’s Director of Community.

Under the general direction of the Director of Community, the Head Coach of the Waves will be responsible for developing programming to develop swimmers of all ages and at all skill levels, organizing and directing all practices to develop youth swimmers, assisting with meet preparation and management and hiring and managing assistant coaches.

Nursery Attendant


Woodside is currently seeking a Nursery Attendant. This role is to allow for our parent members to have a safe, welcoming, dependable and secure place to bring their children age 6 weeks or older, so that they may participate in activities within the Club. This role is very important to the Club and to our parent members, so that they feel confident their children will be provided with a caring environment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Greet member parents and assure them that their child/children will be well cared for during the time they are utilizing the Club facilities
  • Instruct parents on the process for checking their child/children in and out of the nursery area
  • Ask parents if there are any special needs regarding the child/children and make note of such
  • Actively engage with the child/children while they are in attendance – entertain the children, be on the floor with them playing with toys and/or talk with them
  • Have parent contact information close at hand in case of an emergency, so they can be contacted immediately
  • Stay until all responsible parents have collected their child/children
  • Sterilize toys at the beginning and end of each shift per Woodside procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of child care area and monitor the condition of all nursery equipment, toys and other items as necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Childcare experience is necessary – especially working with toddlers under the age of 5 years of age
  • Must be a person who exercises good judgment and patience with children
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, especially dealing with parents and children in a professional manner
  • Must be certified in First Aid/CPR
