We only get one body, and we need to move it and treat it well! I want to be an avenue to help people work on strength, mobility and balance – and to work on who they are as a person. I love personal training because it is just that – personal.
I love getting to work with so many different ages and types of people, and making them all feel strong – and watching the pride that my clients have in their bodies after working out. I also love being able to help people find relief with pain. This can be so debilitating, not only physically but mentally as well.
Personally, I love being outside, hiking with my dogs and boyfriend, or going to the lake and doing water sports. I’m happiest in the mountains, camping, exploring, and enjoying the fresh air. I also enjoy singing and playing guitar.
