Pilates Reformer Training

Build a strong foundation and understanding of the STOTT PILATES® equipment and the 5 basic principles with the Essential Reformer program. Use equipment with spring resistance to help tone, strengthen arms, legs and focus on torso stability. These Essential-level Reformer exercises will put you on the right track to aligning and balancing your entire body.
