Pilates & Flexibility

Our health club’s Pilates and flexibility classes help to develop endurance, concentration and muscular strength; adding a valuable element to not only your fitness program, but your lifestyle as well. Discover the benefits of defining and strengthening your core muscles with Pilates classes, increasing range of motion with center barre classes and decreasing muscle tension in a peaceful environment with strength and flexibility classes.

Conditioning

Pick up a jump rope, body bar or free weight and experience intense workouts designed to get your heart rate up and spike your metabolic rate in classes that fire up all energy systems, melt pounds and tone your total body. From short intervals in GRIT to throwing punches in Boxing Boot Camp, our health club’s carefully crafted group exercise class schedule delivers high-energy conditioning classes that produce results no matter your fitness level. Dynamic instructors and powerful music define our conditioning program.

Strength

Our strength training classes offer ways to condition, burn fat and improve muscle tone. From supersets in The Tone Zone®, squats, presses, lifts and curls in BODYPUMP™, to tightening your core muscles and improving your functional strength in CXWORX™, strength training workouts challenge all major muscles groups and improve overall lean muscle mass.

Indoor Cycling

Whether you ride for leisure or ride to race, we target specific training goals. Traditional cycling classes focus on core strength, proper alignment and riding technique. Express indoor cycling classes combine intervals, uphill sprints and resistance work for short, powerful workouts, while Power Hour combines high-intensity climbs, jumps and sprints.
