What is included with my monthly health club dues?

Your Woodside membership gives you access to our health club fitness facilities, outdoor pools, spa pools (including whirlpool, cold plunge, steam room and sauna), tennis courts, locker rooms with free daily lockers, showers and steam rooms, more than 100 free group fitness classes per week (including yoga), as well as access to tennis clinics and lessons, personal training services, private Pilates and yoga training, food and beverage services, social events, and services at The Spa at Woodside.

What are your health club's membership options?

We have individual and couples membership plans available, with terms of six, 12, and 24 months. Dependent children can be added for a minimum of three months. For more information, please fill out this form to be contacted by our Membership Advisor, Andy Robertson.

Are there special benefits to new members?

We want to make sure new members get started with the best possible experience. All new members receive a complimentary Ortho-Kinetics Assessment by a professional trainer. This assessment includes professional programming to ensure you get started on the right track. Other benefits available to new members include a complimentary tennis evaluation with a Woodside Tennis Coach, $20 off a Spa service of your choice, a private pilates session and a complimentary smoothie from the Earthbar.

When will I be billed for membership dues and on account charges?

Membership dues are billed on the 15th of each month. On account charges are calculated monthly and billed on the 10th of the following month (i.e. August 1 – 31 on account charges would be billed on September 10).

Can I change my billing dates?

At this time, we do not have the capability to adjust billing dates in the billing system.

What are the hours for the pools?

All information for the outdoor pools, including season dates and hours, can be found on our Pools page. The Club may close the pools or change hours for social events, holidays, swim meets and other special events. Early closings are subject to change without notice.

What is the health club's guest policy?

Woodside members can bring a guest for a $20 fee. All guests must show ID and sign in at the front desk before using any services or facilities. All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times. Guests living in the metro area may visit the Club up to three times per year. Guest cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded. No shows will be charged. I have a question about billing

For inquiries about your billing statement, or for help setting up your MyWoodside account, Member Support Services are available Monday-Friday 7:00am – 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am – 2:00pm by calling 1-855-275-1060.

How do I make a change to my health club membership?

Memberships can be amended to add children for the summer, update contact information or change the type of payment on account. Please visit the Clubhouse front desk for a Change of Membership Form, or complete one online through MyWoodside.

Does the health club have childcare facilities on property?

Yes! Our childcare center is open daily Mon – Sat. Click here for more information and complete hours.

Do you require a minimum food and beverage purchase each month?

No. Food and Beverage options are available throughout the year, from fresh-pressed juices and smoothies at the earthbar, to convenient grab-and-go salads, sandwiches and wraps, to our full service summer menu. Members are welcome to charge food and beverage purchases to their membership accounts, but minimum purchases are not required.
