TRX

Total Resistance Training, TRX, was developed by a US Navy seal and is used throughout the military to provide effective training while away from established training facilities. The TRX modality allows for a complete training program that will continue to challenge total body strength. Using your body weight, gravity and a progressive stabiltiy challenge, this training program demands recruitment of core musculature. With progressive guidance from our TRX coaches, TRX is suitable for most fitness levels. Space is limited to 10 people per class. $20 per single session, 5 pack for $90 ($18 per), 10 pack $150 ($15 per)
