Dynamic Cross Training

A total body conditioning program focusing on cross training elements; Including cardio, weights, intervals, functional training, core, flexibility, and neuromuscular training. This training program is geared for the intermediate to advanced fitness levels.


Total Body Conditioning I
Trainer Annie MacDonald
TBC I is an interval training session for the beginner and intermediate fitness level.  Strength sets utilize traditional weight training options including dumb bells, bar bells and body weight resistance. Stretegically placed cardio intervals will maximize the caloric expendature and appropriately challenge individual heart rates. This training group will promote results for weight loss, core strength and foundational fitness.

Total Body Conditioning II
Trainer Annie Pazder
TBC II provides a training program appropriate for all fitness levels.  We will use traditional strength training as well as circuit equipment to achieve lean results.  Cardio intervals will be added to maximize calorie burn.  This training program moves with very little rest - be prepared to sweat, burn and get results!

Total Body Conditioning II

TBC II incorporates traditional and non-traditional techniques for a results based program appropriate for all fitness levels.  Training will focus on form while driving individual intensity producing results for weight loss, foundational fitness, general strength and conditioning as well advanced fitness goals.

Aqualogix
Trainer Albert Lee 
Total body conditioning in the water!  This unique pool-based conditioning class will pump the heart, tone muscle and give you a completely new perspective on strength training.  This class is recommended for all fitness levels.  The pool environment allows for less impact for those with bone and joint concerns.  Low joint impact, high intensity, strong results.  

 

Private Groups - limit 4 participants
A 4:1 client to trainer ratio preserves the integrity of the personal training experience by providing more focused individual attention on form and technique. High energy and camaraderie of group - high focus of small group private training.

Six-week sessions:
Measurable goal setting, baseline assessment, progress tracking
Two sessions per week: $295
Three sessions per week: $360
Includes two 30-minute private sessions with your group trainer

Private Group - limit 8 participants 
An 8:1 client to trainer ratio. Group training provides a fun, energetic and results-oriented format with the direction and attention of a private trainer.

Six-week sessions:
One session per week: $110
Two sessions per week: $180
