Men’s Only Metabolic Strength & Conditioning
This session uses the latest conditioning implements including sleds, ropes, medballs, etc. Its athletic style of coaching encourages the participants to become part of the team while training. This small group requires a minimum standard of fitness so you will need to meet with the trainer prior to joining the sessions.

Foundation session for Power Surge. Practicing the skills, establishing the motor patterns, and wiring the brain to the muscles needed to successfully tap into the power in the body. Skills: suspension training, kettle bell, cardio rope, medicine ball, plyometrics. Base level of fitness and approval of instructor required.

POWER SURGE

Application session based on skills from Power Grid. We've learned, now we burn. This high-intensity class will take your fitness to the next level. See your body produce power like never before and do it in a safe and progressive manner. Participants must have attended corresponding Power Grid class or received approval from instructor.

Aqua Fitness
Burn calories and strengthen your body in the water. This is not your grandma's water aerobics, although grandmas are welcome! Working in shoulder-depth water, participants use patented resistance bells and fins to progress through exercises ranging from simple muscle isolation to dynamic full-body movements. A great blend of aerobic and anaerobic work, with encouraging instruction. Limited to 3-5 participants.
