Metabolic Strength Training (MST)

Group 1: Mon/Wed 6AM

Group 2: Mon 6:30PM, Wed 7PM

Group 3: Tues/Fri: 6AM

Group 4: Thurs 6AM/Sat 10:30AM

Group 5: Tues/Thurs 6PM

Group 6: Tues/Thurs 9AM

 

Woodside's Flagship SGT is a professionally developed program that provides intense strength training in a continuously evolving structure. Participants will have the ability to track their progress over the course of 4 weeks as their programming advances on a deliberate, yet fluid path in response to the progression and goals of the individuals.

 

MST is designed to ensure continual progress through mixed variable programming that includes varying strength and movement qualities performed at high intensity. This training will elevate your fitness routine to help you achieve more strength, power and overall conditioning results.

 

 

 

YOGA STRONG

Th: 9:00AM

 

A combination of yoga, Pilates, light resistance and weight training creates a dynamic program designed to promote the long, lean look we all want. Elevate your overall fitness routine while achieving more strength, flexibility and muscle tone.
