Our A.I.M. assessment is designed to identify joint limitations, structural weaknesses, or muscular imbalances that may limit movement, impede performance, induce compensation, create pain and further deteriorate joint health. The results of your assessment provide critical information needed for customizing an exercise program to help your body look and perform in peak condition. This information gives you and your personal trainer the power to change your health for the better.

The A.I.M. assessment includes postural analysis, general movement analysis, gait analysis, joint by joint mobility & stability analysis, core activation technique, cardiovascular fitness testing and nutritional evaluation.
