Kelly Hughes, Spa Director, LMT, discovered her passion for complete body wellness in the late-90's while sitting in her first physiology class. She followed that passion by studying massage therapy at the acclaimed California College of the Physical Art where she earned her massage therapy certificate in 1998. She honed her craft in a medical practice specializing in rehabilitation of athletic injuries. She continued her education at San Diego State University earning a Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology followed by her teaching credential in Physical Education and Health Education. As a high school and college runner, physical education teacher and coach, Kelly focused on the prevention of athletic injuries through proper body mechanics. She has combined that focus with a philosophy of achieving wellness through a complete exercise and health plan augmented by the benefits of massage.
Andy Wolff, LMT, PT, NCTMB, has been trained in Swedish massage, shiatsu, acupressure, facilitated stretching and Shooji Kim (Korean hand acupressure). He blends these diverse techniques to help clients release tension and create a unique, relaxing experience. Andy studied massage at the Utah College of Massage Therapy and the Awakening Heart School of Massage in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he gained an Associate Certificate from the American Organization of Bodywork Therapies of Asia. For fifteen years, he has worked closely with his clients, building trusting relationships and striving to make a difference in their lives and the world around them.
Megan Deppe, LMT, completed her training at Massage Therapy Training Institute in July 2008. She went into massage therapy right after high school. Her passion for helping others is what drove her to this rewarding career. In her sessions she likes to incorporate techniques such as movement, stretches, muscular energy techniques and myofascial releases. Megan is trained in several modalities including Swedish, Esalen, Pre/Post -Natal Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Reflexology and Trigger Point Therapy.
Jenny Garcia, aesthetician, has been dedicated to superior skin care at the Spa at Woodside since July 2007. She places an emphasis on giving a great experience as well as a productive and complete treatment. As well as facial services, Jenny excels in the art and understanding of waxing. Jenny graduated from Paris II Educational Center in 2007. She has knowledge of chemical peels, micro-dermabraision, advance training with Skin Ceuticals and Aveda protocol and product knowledge.
