Q: Why should I join Woodside?
A: Because Woodside offers more. We’ve always tried to deliver the best of all worlds: country club, health club and tennis club. Additionally, our commitment to total health and wellness informs everything we do. We’re not just here to pump you up. We’re here to build you up.

Q: What are the hours of operation?
A: The Main Clubhouse is open Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 10pm and Saturday and Sunday, 7am - 7pm. The Studios are open Monday - Thursday, 5:30am - 10pm, Friday 5:30am - 7pm and Saturday and Sunday, 7am - 5pm. And only closed on Christmas Day. The pools are open Memorial Day through Labor Day, Monday - Friday, 11am - 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am - 7pm. The Spa is open Monday - Friday, 10am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm.


Q: What makes Woodside different than other gyms or fitness clubs?

Q: What is included with my monthly dues?

A: Your dues include the use of the fitness facilities, pools, tennis courts, steam and saunas, and group exercise classes, including yoga, as well as access tennis clinics, personal training services and the Spa.

Q: What benefits are available to new members?

A: New members receive 3 sessions, including our Advanced Integrated Movement assessment with one of our personal trainers and a health & wellness consultation session with our Wellness Director. Q: Is there help for someone that hasn't belonged to a fitness club before or exercised recently?
A: Absolutely. Our experienced, skilled fitness professionals work with people from all levels of fitness to develop individualized programming aimed at accomplishing specific fitness and wellness goals. We will be with you every step of the way.


Q: Are fitness classes included with dues or additional?
A: The classes listed on the group exercise schedule are all included with your membership - over 85 per week now and growing! That means unlimited yoga, indoor cycling and fitness.

Q: Is Woodside a tennis club?
A: We are not just a tennis club. We offer far more. While the love of tennis played a large role in the creation of Woodside, we’ve always delivered more. From our highly skilled personal trainers to our numerous group exercise class offerings to our full-service spa, we are here to meet all of your health and wellness needs.

Q: Do you require a minimum food and beverage purchase each month?
A: No. Food and Beverage options are available all year - out by the pool, at the earthbar - and our members can charge to their membership accounts, but minimum purchases are not required.
