Woodside offers single and joint memberships as well as a youth add-on option (tennis and outdoor pool only, ages 6 – 10 and tennis, outdoor pool, limited Club usage, ages 11-20). Lockers are available to rent on an annual basis; we have both standard and full size. Members have the right to utilize the Spa, purchase indoor tennis time and access our health professionals and testing services. Additionally, you can train with our certified Woodside Personal Training staff and Stott-certified Pilates instructors. Your membership also includes unlimited yoga instruction and group exercise classes.

Your Own Personal Trainer
Results are our priority, so is your ability to feel comfortable on the fitness floor. The personal training staff at Woodside is here to help you set a path to success as well as familiarize you with our club. Your Advanced Movement (A.I.M.) assessment will consist of three, complimentary one-hour sessions with one of our experienced certified personal trainers.

Session 1: Advanced Integrated Movement - Functional & Postural Analysis. During this tell all, including goal-setting and a health history, your trainer will direct you through our Advanced Integrated Movement assessment. Your A.I.M. assessment will allow your trainer to see imbalances and/or muscular compensations throughout your body that can limit your performance, cause discomfort or minimize your success. 

Session 2: A.I.M. for your Success. Your trainer will help you establish an objective starting point with body composition and other initial metrics to allow realistic short-term goal setting while defining a path to your long-term success. Your trainer will get you moving to further evaluate your neuromuscular efficiency through various functional movements.


Session 3: Feel Your A.I.M. Your trainer will take you through an eye-opening workout demonstrating the necessary programming to correct your functional imbalances, while remaining focused on your overall goals.
