Woodside offers single and joint memberships as well as a youth add-on option (tennis and outdoor pool only – ages 6 – 10 and tennis, outdoor pool, limited Club usage – ages 11-20). Lockers are available to rent on an annual basis; we have both standard and full size lockers. Members of Woodside have the right to utilize the Day Spa, purchase indoor tennis time and access our health professionals and testing services. Additionally, you can train with our NASM certified Woodside Private Training staff and Stott-certified Pilates instructors. Your membership also includes unlimited yoga instruction and group exercise classes.

Adult New Member Benefits 

Results are our priority. The private training staff at Woodside is here to help you set a path to success. You will have two, complimentary one-hour sessions with one of our experienced certified private trainers.

Session 1: Get Moving and Tell All
This is your opportunity to tell your trainer the results you truly want to see and feel. During this tell all, including goal-setting and a health history, your trainer will direct you through specific movements to analyze individual patterns that will guide exercise choices and additional program recommendations. The remainder of the session will be spent starting you up on an active program.

Session 2: Now that You are Moving, Keep Moving
Full training session! Your trainer will take you through a one-hour training session that will include exercise progressions best suited for your body and for your goals. You will receive a copy of this program as well as long-term recommendations to help you achieve your goals.

Wellness Consultation

  • We have designed tailored lifestyle programs and personalized solutions not only to improve your health but also to enrich your quality of life. And, not just for the moment or for a few years, but for the rest of your life. Dr. Amanda Chaney, N.M.D. is available to address your specific dietary nutritional & lifestyle needs.

TRX Training Session

  • Try a new type of workout. This program, developed by a Navy Seal, is designed for all fitness levels to challenge and increase your total body strength.
