Whether you ride for leisure or ride to race, we target specific training goals. Traditional classes focus on core strength, proper alignment and riding technique. Express indoor cycling classes combine intervals, uphill sprints and resistance work for short, powerful workouts.

 


Feel the music during all-terrain rides, as you are pushed by the rhythm and motivated by the energy. Focus on building skills, working out the kinks and developing cycling confidence in The Spin Lab. Combine high-intensity climbs, jumps and sprints in Vicious Cycle.
