Conditioning
Woodside’s conditioning classes will help you burn fat and build muscle. In addition, our conditioning programs will help you burn calories and keep your metabolism working throughout the day. Woodside’s conditioning classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.

Kickin' Conditioning 
A combination of cardiovascular, conditioning and kickboxing exercises that will tone and strengthen your body. Intermediate to advanced levels. 

Active Living
The mature exerciser is the focus, with intervals of light weights, cardiovascular work and ball exercises. Increases stamina and bone density. All levels.

Arms and Abs
This class focuses on the shoulders, bi's, tri's, chest and stomach. Be ready to work. All levels.

Ball Sculpt
Using the fit ball and your body weight, we target your entire body, especially your center. All levels.

Strength Training
Like a group private training session focusing on weight training techniques; weights and bars used. All levels.

Body Pump
Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Powerful music, trained instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast. You will improve your overall physique.
