Faron is an Ortho-Kinetics® Elite Trainer with more than eight years in fitness management and 11 years in personal training. Beyond managing the Personal Training Department, Faron stays active as a trainer at Woodside. His focus is on corrective movement therapy, rehabilitation, weight loss and conditioning.
Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics® Specialist, ACSM Health & Fitness Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee.
Dylan is an Ortho-Kinetics® Elite Trainer and Woodside Lead Trainer with six years of personal training experience. Dylan specializes in enhanced functional training methods, targeted pain relief and pre- and post-natal fitness development.
Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics® Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Studied Psychology at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Matt is an Ortho-Kinetics® Elite Trainer and Woodside Youth Sports Training Instructor, with three years of personal training, four years collegiate soccer and and one year performance training experience. His focus is on sports performance and conditioning, functional strength training and athletic development.
Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics® Specialist, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, B.A. in Physical Education from Benedictine College, B.A. in Secondary Education.
Simon is an Ortho-Kinetics® Elite Trainer with two years of personal training experience, four years as an Infantry Soldier in the Australian Army and three years as an Army Fitness Leader. Simon specializes in functional strength training, weight loss and conditioning.
Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics® Specialist, FIA Certified Personal Trainer.
Lee is an Ortho-Kinetics® Trainer and Woodside Youth Sports Training Instructor. Lee has 10 years of fitness experience including two years coaching collegiate ultimate Frisbee and two years in personal training. His primary focus is on weight loss and conditioning, sports conditioning, and nutrition for fitness.
Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics® Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Exercise Specialist, B.A. in Art History and Hospitality Management from the University of Kansas.
Melissa is an Ortho-Kinetics® Trainer with eight years of experience plus four years in boxing and mixed martial arts. Her goal is to improve overall wellness by encouraging lifestyle change and nutritional choices, effective programming that promotes fat loss, strength gain and injury prevention.
Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics® Trainer, NCSA Certified Personal Trainer, B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in nutrition from Missouri State University, nationally registered Emergency Medical Technician, Firefighter I & II.
Kerstin is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has been in the fitness industry for one year and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Kansas. Kerstin’s focus is in weight loss, strength training, toning, and mobility.

Liz is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Master’s of Arts in Higher Education (Sports Administration) from UMKC. Liz has one year of experience in personal and group training and several years’ experience in athletics including a year of professional Rugby at the Olympic Training Center, six years in semi-professional football, and four years collegiate basketball.
Liz’s primary focus is on sports performance and conditioning, strength and endurance training, and weight loss.

Tom is a certified personal trainer, with five years’ experience in the fitness industry. His focus is on functional strength and conditioning, weight loss and hypertrophy training.

Sara is a AFAA Certified Personal Trainer with one year experience in personal training and four years in group exercise instruction. She has been a swim coach for two years, instructed dance for two years, and played two years of collegiate ultimate Frisbee.
Sara focuses on weight loss, functional movement, and strength and conditioning.

Donald is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with one year of experience in the fitness industry and is a former NAIA & Division II track athlete.
Donald focuses on weight loss, body recomposing (adding lean body mass while losing fat), general fitness nutrition, toning and strengthening.
Certifications: National Academy Sports Medicine CPT, Associates of Applied Science AAS from Cowley Community College, and CPR
Hillary is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with two years of personal training experience. Hillary focuses on functional strength training, senior fitness and fall prevention and weight loss and conditioning. Her goal is to find a way to promote health and wellness in an effective and efficient manner, in which individuals can enjoy and look forward to engaging in.
Ryan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems. He played premier league soccer growing up and is an avid runner. Ryan’s focus is on conditioning, strengthening and mobility.
Taylor is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with one year of experience in the fitness industry, as well as 4+ years in the yoga community as a Yoga Alliance 200 hour yoga instructor. Her primary focus with clients is on weight loss, strength training and conditioning, increasing flexibility and improving balance.
