Faron is an Ortho-Kinetics® Elite Trainer with more than 8 years in fitness management and 11 years in personal training. Beyond managing the Personal Training Department, Faron stays active as a trainer at Woodside. His focus is on corrective movement therapy, rehabilitation, weight loss and conditioning.
Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics® Trainer ACSM Health & Fitness Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee.
Dylan is an Ortho-Kinetics® Elite Trainer and Woodside Lead Trainer with 6 years of personal training experience. Dylan specializes in enhanced functional training methods, targeted pain relief and pre- and post-natal fitness development.
Certificiations: Ortho-Kinetics® Trainer, NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Studied Psychology at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Dana is a Master Pilates Trainer with more than 14 years of Pilates training and teaching experience. During this time, she has acquired certifications in Sports Conditioning, Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, and Special Populations. She is certified in all Equipment Essential to Advanced Work. She is also certified in rehabilitation on Reformer and Cadillac.
In addition to her Pilates certifications, Dana is a Woodside Personal Trainer currently obtaining her Ortho-Kinetics® certification. She is also Woodside’s Yoga Manager and instructs group fitness classes.
Dana’s focus is on creating workouts that are goal-oriented and fun. She has worked with all fitness levels and loves helping Woodside members and clients reach their goals for better health.
Simon is an Ortho-Kinetics® Master Trainer with 2 years of personal training experience, 4 years as an Infantry Soldier in the Australian Army and 3 years as an Army Fitness Leader. Simon specializes in functional strength training, weight loss and conditioning.
Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics® Trainer, FIA Certified Personal Trainer.
Melissa is an Ortho-Kinetics® Trainer with 8 years of experience plus 4 years in boxing and mixed martial arts. Her goal is to improve overall wellness by encouraging lifestyle change and nutritional choices, effective programming that promotes fat loss, strength gain and injury prevention.
Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics® Trainer, NCSA Certified Personal Trainer, B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in nutrition from Missouri State University, nationally registered Emergency Medical Technician, Firefighter I & II.
Lee is an Ortho-Kinetics® Trainer and Woodside Youth Sports Training Instructor. Lee has 10 years of fitness experience including 2 years coaching collegiate ultimate frisbee and 2 years in personal training. His primary focus is on weight loss and conditioning, sports conditioning, and nutrition for fitness.
Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics® Trainer, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Exercise Specialist, B.A. in Art History and Hospitality Management from the University of Kansas.
Matt is an Ortho-Kinetics® Trainer and Woodside Youth Sports Training Instructor, with 3 years of personal training, 4 years collegiate soccer and and 1 year performance training experience. His focus is on sports performance and conditioning, functional strength training and athletic development.
Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics® Trainer, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, B.A. in Physical Education from Benedictine College, B.A. in Secondary Education.
John is working towards a NSCA Personal Trainer Certification. He holds an Associates of Occupational Studies degree in Personal Training and has 1 year experience in the fitness industry and 1 year in youth coaching. John’s focus is in sports performance and conditioning and weight loss.
Kerstin is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has been in the fitness industry for 1 year and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Kansas. Kerstin’s focus is in weight loss, strength training, toning, and mobility.
Liz is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Master’s of Arts in Higher Education (Sports Administration) from UMKC. Liz has one year of experience in personal and group training and several years’ experience in athletics including a year of professional rugby at the Olympic Training Center, six years in semi-professional football, and 4 years collegiate basketball.
Liz’s primary focus is on sports performance and conditioning, strength and endurance training, and weight loss.
Tom is a certified personal trainer, with 5 years’ experience in the fitness industry. His focus is on functional strength and conditioning, weight loss and hypertrophy training.
