Guidelines
Reservations 913.831.9663
We require reservations prior to bringing your child to the Woodside nursery. They may be made up to two days in advance. Please bring your child at the reserved time. Although we offer a 10-minute grace period, parents will be charged for additional time in half-hour increments after that. Please arrive and pick up on time to avoid overlap with other reservations.

Cancellations
You may make cancellations up to one hour prior to the reserved time free of charge. If cancellations are made after that time, or in the event of a no-show, Woodside will charge one hour of nursery time to the parent’s nursery card on file.

Infants
We welcome infants from 6 weeks to 12 months old. Space is limited and reservations are necessary. Please be sure to check your child’s diaper before leaving him or her in the nursery. The nursery staff cannot change diapers per Kansas Health Department regulations. If a child’s diaper needs changing, the parent will be called to the nursery to take care of it. There is a changing table located in the women’s locker room.

Food and Drink
No food or drink is allowed in the Woodside nursery, with exception of bottles for infants. Please make sure you feed your child before bringing him or her to the nursery.

Sickness
Please do not bring your child to the nursery if he or she has a fever or exhibits other symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, runny nose or cough. Any child displaying symptoms of illness will not be allowed in the nursery. Woodside sanitizes and washes the toys as well as vacuums the floors, daily. Misbehavior Unruly children will not be tolerated. If a problem exists, the parent will be notified.

It is the goal of the nursery to provide each child with a positive experience each visit. In order to maintain a clean and healthy environment we ask that you help by following and respecting the rules of the nursery.
