At Woodside, we encourage physical activity and healthy living for our families and their children through our youth membership option, junior tennis programs, special youth programs and our summer swim team. It is important for Woodside to engage and share with kids, parents and families a healthy and fit lifestyle.


youth membership option

Woodside allows youth members ages 11-20 year-olds to work out in the Studios facility. This privilege is available as an add-on (minimal monthly fee) to a Single or Joint Membership. Each youth is given the Woodside Youth Training Certification – a one hour session taught by a Woodside certified personal trainer that includes the following: equipment review, discussion of club policies and procedures, lecture on strength training and stretching, cardio and floor etiquette and age restrictions and suggestions on certain equipment.

Whether in a Tiny Tots clinic at age 3, a private lesson at age 10, or as a teenager in our Woodside Tennis Academy, our tennis professionals at Woodside begin to shape in your child a love for the game. Our tennis instructors use fun and exciting techniques to help our youths fully enjoy learning the fundamentals of the game while also challenging them to do well, to try harder.

Parents and children get an opportunity to explore yoga together. Improve your body & mind with a easy approach to breathing and movement.  Increase strength, flexibility, coordination, posture, and enhance concentration that will create a foundation of health and wellness.
