No matter what sport your child is involved or interested in, Sports Performance Academy will help to develop the skills they need to excel while having fun and making friends.

YOUTH MEMBERSHIP OPTION

Woodside allows youth members ages 11-20 to work out in the Studios facility. This privilege is available as an add-on (minimal monthly fee) to a Single or Joint Membership. Each youth is given the Woodside Youth Training Certification – a one hour session taught by a Woodside certified personal trainer that includes the following: equipment review, discussion of club policies and procedures, lecture on strength training and stretching, cardio and floor etiquette and age restrictions and suggestions on certain equipment.

JUNIOR TENNIS PROGRAM
Whether in a Tiny Tots clinic at age 3, a private lesson at age 10, or as a teenager in our Woodside Tennis Academy, our tennis professionals at Woodside begin to shape in your child a love for the game. Our tennis instructors use fun and exciting techniques to help our youths fully enjoy learning the fundamentals of the game while developing skills. Click here to learn more.
