Massage Therapist

The Spa at Woodside

The Spa at Woodside is looking for a massage therapist to join our amazing team.The Spa provides convenient, professional Spa services to Woodside members and the public. Services include massage therapy, body treatments, facials and skin care. Applicants need to be confident, professional, friendly, and outgoing.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in multiple massage techniques
  • Physically capable of perform multiple consecutive massage and spa services within a given shift
  • Willing to learn body treatment protocols other than massage (wraps, scrubs, body brushing, etc.)

Clubhouse-Studios Desk Employee

Woodside Health & Tennis Club is actively recruiting for the position of Clubhouse/Studio Desk Employee. Below is a summary of the position and select requirements.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Greet everyone who comes into the Club
  • Oversee member check-ins and verifying membership status
  • Register guests and collect applicable fees
  • Professionally handle all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate areas, if needed
  • Respond to member and guest inquiries according to Club policy
  • Handle court reservations and collection of applicable fees, if any
  • Assign lockers and collect fees
  • Keep desk and lobby area neat and clean at all times
  • Keep supplies stocked at all times
  • Follow Club policies and procedures regarding member and guest activities
  • May at times be asked to support special events within Club

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required
  • Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, Word, Outlook, POS systems)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reception experience is preferred
  • Applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations
  • Extensive knowledge of security procedures and processes
